Grand Theft Auto IV Gets PC Release

Well, the new revamped Prince of Persia will become available for next-gen consoles this week. And I guess that’s exciting, as the new PoP has all manner of exciting new features and graphical updates, as well as a super smooth frame rate. PoP also features one cool thing, in the new combat engine, which focuses on one v one battles, opposed to hordes of enemies for you to cut your way through. The new method means more epic battles, and much cooler moves that you can execute. However, I don’t really care.

So, instead of that I’m going to talk about the fact that GTA IV is coming out on PC, which means tons of non-Rockstar DLC being released by those wonderful modders out there. Meaning all manner of cool things will be available for you to edit GTA IV, to make the experience new and interesting, even if you’ve conquered the game a million times.

But the thing about PC modding I would be most excited about, is the fact that you can finally switch your character model to someone that doesn’t have a pot belly, or something you’ve created from scratch. Seriously, that’s why I like Saints Row, I get to create my own character, so it feels much more personal. And I can make a character without a belly, so he doesn’t look stupid when I try to give him some dignity and buy a suit, but then I can’t wear it because he looks like a fat drunk in a suit, so I get frustrated and stop playing because I’m all about appearance from my in game avatar extensions.
