Guitar Hero: World Tour DLC Is Coming

Published by slayed35440 at 11:27 pm under PS3, ps3 hype, xbox 360, xbox 360 hype Edit This

Guitar Hero: World Tour has announced a new round of DLC for the month of December. Featuring two of my favourite bands, Smashing Pumpkins and Nirvana. The packs will be starting tomorrow, and going through December 23rd, which means you’ll have lots of new tracks to play, instead of faking interest in the awful Christmas gifts you may receive from those wacky relatives.

The DLC packs are as follows:

  • Smashing Pumpkins releasing December 4th will feature, G.L.O.W., 1979, and Everlasting Gaze
  • Nirvana’s pack will street December 11th, and will feature You Know You’re Right, Sliver, Negative Creep
  • Coming December 18th will be the Eagles, with Life in the Fast Lane, Frail Grasp On The Big Picture, and One Of These Nights
  • And December 23rd look forward to the Reggae Pack featuring, Slightly Stoopid’s Jimi, Pepper’s Your Face, and Expendables’ Sacrifice.

And by the way, the Reggae Pack will be available as a free download from both Xbox Live and Playstation Network. So it’s like an early Guitar Hero Christmas present eh?

Oh and also, I know I’ve already mentioned it a million times, but don’t forget, The Witcher is coming to consoles in the fall. With a completely remade engine, designed from the ground up specifically with the next-gen console gaming market in mind, meaning developer CD Projekt Red is rebuilding the game pixel by pixel to give you the best Witcher experience possible.

I can’t wait.
